Thinking of doing the DCL bus. What time do they pick up at the resort hotel and what time do they get to the pier?

It depends on where you are staying. The bus usually comes between 10:00 and 11:00 ish. It gets to the port about and hour later.

 

Again, it all depends on what resort you are staying at.

Last year we were at the Beach Club Villas pre-cruise. We had to gather in the atrium at 11AM, we moved to the bus at 11:40AM, went to two other hotels, and did not leave Disney Property until after 12 noon. We got to the pier a little after 1PM. After checking in, we had no wait to get on the ship.
