We plan to go to 7 mile beach while at this port. What food and drink items/ restaurants are not to be missed?

The food item unique to Grand Cayman that comes to mind is turtle meat, which is the reason for the Turtle Farm.

If you're down at 7 mile beach and just want to grab a bite, try the wood roasted chicken at Chicken Chicken in the Galleria Plaza across from the Royal Palm. If you want to sit down at a place a bit more fancy, go to the deck at Decker's Grille just up the road. Lobster on Tuesday; double decker buss for a bar.

My brother really enjoyed the conch chowder at Breezes.

We had conch fritters and jerk chicken at Breezes. Mmmmmm. Oh and a Corona ;)

Guy Harvey's Grill in town is great for lunch and dinner. We have eaten there many times and you can't go wrong. Great place !
