Another RCCL Visa?

I am getting ready to redeem some certificates which I have never done before. Couple of questions.

Do you send the certificates in the envelope by themselves or do you usually include a note or letter?

Do you send them registered, return, receipt to have proof that they received them and they didn't get lost in the mail or just a normal stamped envelope?

I did not send a note, all the info is on the certificate, but I did send it registered, just to make myself feel better!

Make a copy of the certificates for your records, just in case they do get lost in the mail. Keep them in a safe place!

I make copies of front & back... then send them regular mail. I have had no problems. Last time I did include a note to make sure the OBC was directed to only my account and not split between myself and my roommate sister.

I sent in my certificate for a cruise for 2 today. How long does it take for the credit to show up on the reservation? I just want to know when I should worry if I don't see it.

It takes quite a while for them to be processed........just make sure you call C&A about 4-6 weeks before your cruise to make sure it has been posted...........
