Vigo or Olbia advice?

Hard to get much feedback on these obscure port stops. I would appreciate glass-half-empty advice; that is, what activities perhaps AREN'T worth spending time, effort, and money on.

 

For Vigo Spain I gather the obvious excursion is to Santiago, and for Olbia Sardinia it is the jet set retreat whose name escapes me. But glimpses on the web for these fail to inspire me - might it be best to just stay in port and make a picnic of local specialties?
