sabatinis need help

I am going on a 9 day cruise on CB June. Am trying to figure out out what night is Italian night in Main Dining, or what night would be the best to skip and book Sabatinis, also would be going to Crown also, if someone knows 2 nights to skip this would be very helpful Thanks

When you get on board you can ask to see the menus and decide for yourself which nights as everyone's tastes are different.
