Anyone know the Butler & Concierge on Spirit

I have read some comments about great and not so great butlers and concierge on different ships. We have an AC Penthouse Suite booked on the Spirit departing in a couple of weeks. I was wondering if anyone knew who might be our butler and or concierge? All comments will be appreciated.

 

Our first suite was on the Pearl and we had a great concierge but after reading what great butlers do, I think I was right in thinking our butler was not so great. Looking forward to a great one coming up! Thanks
