vindog1234 Posted December 10, 2004 #1 Share Posted December 10, 2004 It seems like Cirque du Soleil will not be aboard every sailing of the Constellation.......only a select few. This is what I am reading on the new celebrity site. Is this correct or am I reading it wrong. From the site.... Every evening aboard select Constellation sailings, pass through a mystical gateway and enter a world of wonder.
Jumbie Posted December 10, 2004 #2 Share Posted December 10, 2004 I'm am inclined to believe that they mean select as in for a time period - let's say Dec-April, rather than skipping certain cruises over this same period or meaning that it would always be a feature on the ship. That's just how I think it'd be.

Thats what I hope but I still dont understand this link http://origin.celebrity.com/plancruise/getaways/searchResults.do;jsessionid=0000ey33uMJm7T5Qxixy2QODEyE:1028etot9?promotion_id=130074 If you click Unique Celebrity Getaways under Plan your Cruise, and then click Cirque du Soleil a list of sailings comes up. Not all are there.
Jumbie Posted December 10, 2004 #4 Share Posted December 10, 2004 Well then perhaps they do indeed skip certain sail dates.
vindog1234 Posted December 10, 2004 Author #5 Share Posted December 10, 2004 Well then perhaps they do indeed skip certain sail dates. I guess we will just have to wait and see............ I do think it is a little misleading if it is really only certain sailings...
cali4niacruisin Posted December 11, 2004 #6 Share Posted December 11, 2004 I was unable to find my March 19, 2005 date on the list you linked to, but earlier this week I booked the Masquerade Ball through Celebrity. So, I assume not all the available dates are listed. They took my money, there better be Cirque!
kjfbw Posted December 11, 2004 #7 Share Posted December 11, 2004 Same here for Feb 5. They took my money--they didn't ask questions:)
Nitrodog Posted December 11, 2004 #8 Share Posted December 11, 2004 We're on the Conny Jan. 22/05. I've already booked ($30) for the masquarade ball. They took my credit card # so it's clearly on our sailing date.
Nitemare Posted December 11, 2004 #9 Share Posted December 11, 2004 I hope they advertise the cruises without Cirque. I'd be much more likely to go! ;)
Nitrodog Posted December 12, 2004 #10 Share Posted December 12, 2004 After having read the first reviews on the Cirque de Soleil, it appears you won't be missing much.
duke052 Posted December 13, 2004 #11 Share Posted December 13, 2004 We were on the 12/4 cruise with CDS and it was so bad they refunded everyone there money. My biggest complaint is that it ruined the nicest public room on the ship. X should eliminate this entire show.
