TEXASMUNK Posted May 22, 2009 #1 Share Posted May 22, 2009 if you enjoy crusing, then please remember, this weekend. If it wasn't for the vets and those who have given their lives, we would not enjoy the freedoms to choose that we have. Thank you to all those who have worn the uniform!!!! luckyprincess Posted May 22, 2009 #3 Share Posted May 22, 2009 I'm the proud daughter of a Viet Nam Veteran and make sure he knows how much I appreciate his service all of the time! Thanks to all of the brave men and women who serve to keep our country great! I would also like to give a big pat on the head to all of the United States military dogs that take part in dangerous missions and do their best to keep our military safe in combat. These animals also risk their lives not for their country but in complete loyalty and dedication to us - their handlers and owners. I don't think a lot of people realize how many animals are serving in our military under our brave soldiers, but have heard from soldiers that say the very presence of them is very comforting in such a scary place. Come home safe everyone!
