Venice pre cruise hotels

We would appreciate any recomendations for a pre cruise hotel in Venice.

We are aware it is not possible for land taxis to stop outside many hotels and we are concerned as we will have heavy luggage. We would also like to have easy transfer from the hotel to the cruise terminal for embarkation.

Any suggestions much appreciated.
