Which excursions supply raingear or boots?

I've noticed in some photos/videos that some excursions supply the necessary outerwear to customers. I'd like to know which of my excursions do this:

 

1. (Juneau) Whale watching with Harv and Marv

 

2. (Juneau) Dog Sledding with Coastal Helicopters

 

3. (Sitka) Sea Otter and Wildlife tour through cruise ship (Mercury)

 

4. (Ketchikan) Canopy Ziplining
