Royal Princess BF Balcony (And BE)

What is so different about these, other than their position in the far stern, but not on the stern? There are only 4 BEs and they are all on Deck 6, while there are only 1 BF on each side on each deck and are listed as a "partially obstructed" balcony?? But, they are going for a great price on the long cruises, so I'd like to know what I'm getting into before booking>>

I believe these are classified as partially obstructed because the balcony opening is not in a rectangular shape as most are but rather comes down at an angle, therefore partially blocking the view.
