Wine & Cheese tray or Strawberries & Champagne?

Recommended Posts

You can get the "international cheese plate" for free anytime from room service. (We did this every night on our last cruise to munch and watch the sun set before dinner.) :)

I love both of these but for our last cruise I had champagne and strawberries and it was so decadent and celabratory for sail away! We drink wine at home and I could seriously live off of cheese, I love it so much. This just felt different and more special becuase we don't often have it.

It was also pretty romantic - enough so to skip the upper deck and have our own sailaway party.....;):o

I believe champaign is the traditional sail-away beverage. There's just something about the pop of the cork that says, "bon voyage.":D

It would be even nicer if you could just pop the cork overboard!!!
