June 14 Need help on the Victory

Could someone tell me if you can rent snorkle equipment on the the Carnival Victory for our beach days?

Can't remember them having it. If I were you I'd bring your own gear - probably cheaper to buy than to rent for a few days! If you don't want to carry it one option might be to buy in San Juan - probably only easy to do if you've got a hire car for a few days.

I was on the Valor in April, and they were selling masks and snorkels at the excursion desk. I don't remember the price, but I don't think it was overly pricey. Maybe all the ships don't do this though?

I'm not a germophobic by any means, but personally I don't care how much they sanitize the rental equipment... I'm not using it after someone else has ! If you have time, go pick up a mask and snorkel at Walmart, Target, etc... and use it for all your cruise beach adventures in the future, while knowing only YOU (or family members) have used the equipment ! Have a GREAT CRUISE ! :cool:

We have our own snorkle gear. But, people we are traveling with don't want to bring theirs and they remember years ago that they could rent, so I was just trying to confirm this for them.

When we were on Victory they had cheap equipment for sale, but not for rent, and that did not include fins.
