Private Ensenada tour for Handicapped cruiser?

We're visiting Ensenada on the Elation leaving San Diego on June 21. Are there any private tour guides or companies anyone can recommend for Ensenada? Need a van with a ramp for DH's electric W/C. I've had excellent experiences in Mazatlan and PV - hope we can find someone in Ensenada. Thanks!

There is nothing in Ensenada that provides van or bus lift transportation. Suggest you take manual wheelchair and try to find a car (not van) can and do something that way, or just stay on the ship. There is not much to see there anyway.

 

Who have you used in Mazatlan? The only company I was able to find had a lift but no tie-downs, which is very dangerous, so we have not used them.
