Border crossing on the Cascades and how it is done???

Can anyone give me info as to how this is done?

 

Does the train stop and you open bags etc??? I have our passports etc. but just wonder how this is accomplished .

 

We are traveling this way from Seattle to Vancouver in Sept.17/18 for the repo on the Serenade of the Seas.
