Does anyone know what the minimums are on the card tables on the Sapphire ? It's an important question for my husband !! I'll be sight seeing and he'll be playing. 10 more days We can't wait !!

how long after they leave port do the casinos open. how about before they arrive in port?

The shops and casino re-open after the ship leaves the dock. Since the ship usually arrives in port early in the morning, the shops and casino don't open until after departure. If you have an afternoon arrival, the shops and casino close shortly before docking.
