a1chemist Posted June 6, 2009 #1 Share Posted June 6, 2009 I see in another note that Vivaldi dining room may be traditional on Princess. Yet if I look at the Princess Web site for Sapphire Princess it reads: Anytime Anytime Dining means you aren't limited to eating at a fixed time or place on the ship. Instead, the choice of when and where you want to eat is flexible, based only on your stomach's whim. Pacific Moon Dining Room Santa Fe Dining Room Virtual View Savoy Dining Room Vivaldi Dining Room If indeed Vivaldi has been converted to traditional, doesn't that limit the space for anytime? Is that fair to anytime diners since it is posted on official web site? What is the actual state of this situation? Thanks for clarifications. Princess Cruiser27 Posted June 6, 2009 #2 Share Posted June 6, 2009 International Dinning Room is used for Traditional Dinning on the Sapphire. If there is a overflow with Early Tradiional Seating, the cruise line will use the Vivaldi for the overflow. Then Vivaldi will be used for anytime after the Early Seating gets done with dinner. Rare Coral Posted June 6, 2009 #3 Share Posted June 6, 2009 When I have sailed on the Sapphire - Vivaldi was Anytime after 8 pm.
taszmom Posted June 6, 2009 #4 Share Posted June 6, 2009 I believe it varies by sailing depending on the mix of which dining the passengers have pre-selected. It all gets sorted out by the maitre'd onboard.
