Europe Excursions on Voyager

We will be going on the Voyager of the Seas in late june and would like to know which excursions are the best to take in Rome and Monaco. Also when the boat stops in Florence I would like to find a way that allows us to see Piza and Florence. Also how much are soda passes usually? Last does anyone know how strict the boarding times are in Barcelona? We have a boarding time of 1pm but want to arrive earlier.

if you want,there is none of the excursions that u cannot do yourself,even the Florence /Pisa trip
