China port tour

My Diamond Princess cruise ends in Beijing on Mar.29,2010. Any suggestions for a 7-10 day tour of China . Anyone want to join me.

Been all over China for business travel numerous times-I would suggest this if you have 7-10 days.

Arrive Beijing-take two days to see all the "highlights"-Great Wall,Tianneman Square, Summer Palace. Forbidden City, Hutongs, etc. etc. If you want more info for the Beijing part, please post.

Day three-fly to Xian to see the Warriors. No more than 2 days

Fly to Chongqing and board a Yantze River Cruise. Preferably one that goes to Wuhan,, NOT one that stops in Yichang and buses you to Wuhan.

IF you truly have 10 days, between Xian and Chongqing, fly to Chengdu to see the pandas. TRULY one of the last remaining panda populations in the wild on earth.

If you need further details, please post. I have done all of these trips. I am not a big China fan anymore, but the first couple of times was truly awe inspiring.
