Portofino's on Formal night?

Hubby wants to wear khaki slacks and nice shirt to Portofino's on formal night. Is this acceptable?

Just returned from a cruise and saw men in nice pants and shirt w/out tie and women in dressy capris and heels in Portifinos on formal nights. Make sure you make your reservation (if possible) before you go. We found that once we got on the ship we couldn't get into Chops, it was completely full and we kept checking back the entire week. Portifino's happened to have one or 2 reservations available. Enjoy your meal and your cruise!

We always make reservations at Chops or Portifinos on one of the formal nights and that is exactly what my DH wears.

Thanks everyone! I'm off to make reservations now. Portofino's and Alaska in July.... can't get much better. :)
