lifevicarious Posted June 12, 2009 #1 Share Posted June 12, 2009 We are on the Equinox Ancient Empires cruise on 9/13 of this year. We are booked for the late dinner as we want to spend time in the ports and be able to change/shower/rest before going to dinner. But then I got thinking about the showtimes. On our last cruise (carnival) I enjoyed the shows which was a surprise to me. I unfortunately do not recall if we had early or late dining (my parents booked it for my wife and I so we just did whatever they signed us up for) If we have the late seating on this cruise, will we miss out on the shows? Do they have a second show or are they already scheduled for after the late seating? Thanks!
VICTORIAN CRUISER Posted June 12, 2009 #2 Share Posted June 12, 2009 I can't answer your question for the Solstice or Equinox in particular but we have sailed on many ships and there has always been showtimes for both early and late dinner seatings. elvnga Posted June 13, 2009 #3 Share Posted June 13, 2009 There were late showtimes for those at late seatiing on the Solstice in March. The funny thing was there was often 45-50 minutes after dinner before showtime. I found it hard to stay awake, but I was getting up early to attend meetings. Aquahound Posted June 13, 2009 #4 Share Posted June 13, 2009 On Solstice, the late showing was 10:30. However, on a few nights, the show for late seating was before dinner. I believe it was 7:00.
