while you can only book 1 of each dinne brunch and tea you can add another once you get onboard.

just ask when you check in where to go to make changes to dining reservations and request to ask to make the reservation or be waitlisted if they are full

If you go to the web site and go to try to reserve Palo and it says it is not available does that mean that all the places in Palo are filled for all the nights and evenings for our 7 day cruise on September 12th?

Or do they only open up the reservations for Palo at a certain number of days before the cruise?

Thanks for your help.

You can make reservations for Palo after boarding the ship. They seem to hold tables just for this purpose. I forget where you go to do this, but Guest Services can tell you. Just be sure to do this as soon as possible. We reserved our table on Formal Night over the web cite, however there were a number of empty tables the night we dined. Good luck.
