jhbkcb Posted June 16, 2009 #1 Share Posted June 16, 2009 I know this is a dumb question but...we have a connecting flight from Vancour through Salt Lake City on Delta. We have just 55 minutes for the connection. Is that enough time? Thank you for your help with this.
cruiseryyc Posted June 16, 2009 #2 Share Posted June 16, 2009 You will actually clear US Customs at the Vancouver airport, so give yourself lots of time (2 hours) at the Vancouver end to go through security and then Customs.

CanuckCurlers Posted June 17, 2009 #4 Share Posted June 17, 2009 Less than an hour is always a rush, just be prepared for it. Check out the airport site ahead of time and know which gate you are docking into and leaving out of and the fastest route from one to the other. You can usually download a map to have with you just in case they change gates on you. You will probably have to change from an international terminal to a domestic one. This is the site for the Salt Lake City Airport interactive maps. http://www.slcairport.com/airport_maps.html Another hint, prebook your seats and get as far forward as possible for the fastest exit from the plane. Atomica Posted June 17, 2009 #5 Share Posted June 17, 2009 Plan on running through the airport in SLC - even a short delay in your Vancouver to SLC flight will hugely impact your connection time.
