Roberts' Best of Hilo vs. NCL's Onomea Bay & Botanical Gardens

Usually Roberts has a comparable tour to something offered by the ship, but in this case, they do not sound the same. Even the botanical gardens sound slike a different place.

 

I like the NCL description of Onomea Bay drive being the most beautiful in Hawaii. Roberts' tour just seems to stop at vendors who want to sell you things. Any one been on either one of these tours? Thanks
