Cost of Restaurants

What are the cover charges in the restaurants on the Jewel?

We sailed on the Jewel to the Baltics 22 May - 3 Jun 09 and found the charges were between 10 and 25 dollars per person depending on what restaurant you dine in. On days the ship is in port you will find some offer 2 for 1 deals.

We used a port day to eat in Mamas Italian but in all honesty the food in the 2 main dining rooms, the Blue Lagoon and the Garden Cafe was of a suitably high standard so we did not use any of the other "speciality" restaurants.

We love the Asian restaurant on NCL ships. The steak terriyaki, hot'nsour soup, and the tempura are great. They had 2 for 1 prices for earlybird diners on our Gem cruise last winter.

LeBistro is one of my favorites too. We prefer it over Cagney's. The ambiance and food are well worth $15pp. One night they had it on the 2 for 1 earlybird dining list--great bargain at that.
