Anyone else recv survey request from RCCL in the mail?

We recently sailed AOS and today recvd letter from Sales and Marketing asking us to share info by completing brief survey. Seems they have hired Market Probe to gather info and submit results to them.

Received it today from November sailing on Empress. Filled it out also...I guess they really do read the comment cards...

This is a great business practice. They're ensured to get reliable information for making business decisions, with assurance that the results are representative of their customer-base.

 

What kind of questions did they ask? (Sometimes the questions shed some light on what they're thinking about...)
