Holy Week/Easter closures in France

We're considering a River cruise followed by several days in Paris next spring. The cruise we're looking at occurs over Holy Week (Palm Sunday through Easter), with transfer to Paris on Easter Day. Are we apt to run into many holiday closures during this time that will affect our plans? And are many things beyond the usual closed on Easter Monday in Paris?
