Bernard's Tour shopping time

Hello!

I'm booked with Bernard for an island tour. Can someone tell me how much time we'll have to shop in Phillipsburg? I'm foregoing shopping in St. Thomas to see Jost Van Dyke and my wife isn't really happy!:rolleyes: She's used to shopping her eyes out in Charlotte Amalie so I need to make sure she has time in Phillipsburg to shop for jewelery. any input would be appreciated! thanks!

We just went 2 weeks ago. In the middle of the tour, we were dropped off at Marigot for about 30min. At the end of the tour he gave everyone onboard the option of being dropped off at Philipsburg to shop or taken back to the ship. If you want to be dropped off you are responsible for yourself getting back on the ship.

Is it possible to walk back to the ship or is it too far???
