Freedom arrival time in St. Thomas??

I am curious as to the arrival time for FOS in St. Thomas. We are booked for October. On the RCI web site it shows an arrival time of 11:00 a.m.. I have noticed on two travel web sites that the arrival time is listed as 10:30 a.m.. Any help would be appreciated!

I would put more faith in the cruiselines website regarding arrival time.... and you are only looking at a 1/2 hr. time difference ! :eek:

i saw the same thing- we are going in august- hope its 10:30..........really hoped it would be earlier than that as we wanted to take a day sail and those leave at 9 ;(

Can be any number of reasons, most likely port management. Port trying to make sure they can handle all the people coming and going.

In March this year it was specified as 10:30 arrival in St Thomas, however, by April it was changed to 11:00. I have this on my invoices I keep receiving as RCI keep changes the arrival and departure times from various ports.

 

Departure time from Coco Cay has also changed to 16:00 from the original 16:30.

 

This is for our Sept 20th sailing.

Another economic reason could be slower speed between ports = lower cost (less fuel) = higher revenue in the bars, casino & onboard shops (open longer).
