salmon run sites

Are there places in Juneau, Skagway, or Icy Point that are like Ketchikan's Creek Street where you can see the salmon run without going on a bear viewing excursion? I need somewhere where a person with mobility problems can still get to see them. We're trying to pick an itinerary for late July or early August 2010.
