Peggys Cove & Titantic Cemetary How to get there

We will be in Halifax on July 16th from 9 - 6 on the Carnival Triumph. I would like to go to Peggys Cove and to the Titantic Cementary. We also want to go thru the Maritime Museum. Is it possible to do all this in the time we have. Who would you recomend as a tour guide. How far is the cemetary from the cruise dock? Would not mind seeing the Citadel and the gardens. Not sure I can fit all this in. Any suggestions?
