Titantic Cemetary by bus?

Can someone tell me if the Fred bus makes a stop at the Titanic Cemetary or does the other Hop on Hop off bus make a stop there. We are thinking of possibly renting a car and driving to Peggy's Cove. Would it be a difficult drive to the Cemetary. How far is it from the cruise port? Would kind of like the commentary for the Cemetary that is why I am thinking of taking the bus. May take bus to Peggy's Cove also. The ship has a tour of Peggy's Cove and the Hop on Hop Off bus together and that is why I thought I might just do that instead of renting the car as long as the bus goes to the Titantic Cemetary. As you can see completely confused which way is the best way to go. Any suggestions?
