Does Princess offer any drink specials?

 

I know there are 'special' drinks of the day, however 5 yrs ago on HAL, you could watch the daily news for a bar offering 2-4-1 beers as an example.

Generally the ship has a special drink of the day and it is served with the forever tacky paper umbrella, maraschino cherry and a piece of pineapple all in a fancy souvenir glass. The most prevalent you will see are the drinks during sailaway.

 

TIP!!! YOU CAN GET THE SAME DRINK, JUST ASK TO GET IT IN A REGULAR GLASS AND IT'S GENERALLY CHEAPER

 

I noticed on Coral that sometimes the "Drink of the Day" was noted in your Patter. If you can't find it, simply ask a deck steward who will be more than delighted to bring you one...and charge to your shipcard + 15%.

On our CB cruise last year they had two "specials" each day.

 

$6.75 - Mai Tai -Mojito - Beverly Hills Iced Tea - Brazilinha - etc.

$7.00 Martinis

 

Sometimes The Drink Of the Day come in fancy :rolleyes: glasses for two dollars or so more. If you do not want the glass make sure you tell the waiter.

i miss the 3.75 DOD :( not sure why they put a drink of the day when they don't discount it...

The deck bars do a bucket of beer where you get 5 for the price of 4 on certain bottles.
