AOS Windjammer Buffet Dinner

I have been on 5 RCI cruises and have never eaten at the Windjammer buffet for dinner. I have only eaten there for breakfast and lunch. I want to hear from people who have done dinner there. What did they serve (types of appetizers, entres, desserts, etc.)? Were the meals good? I will be sailing on the AOS which will have 5 ports and only 1 sea day. Since I will most likely be tired after 5 long days at port I would like to try eating at the windjammer for dinner for a couple nights. All your input will greatly be appreciated.

My next cruise is on the AOS, but on the Mariner (a couple years back) we did dinner once in the Windjammer and I remember being surprised at the variety and quality. There are some items that won't be served in the buffet that will be on the MDR dinner menu, but majority will be the same as the dining room menu plus some other options.
