Gas stn near Saint John, Avis car rental?

We'll be renting a car from Avis on July 1, pick up from airport (we'll go to St. Martins) and return to 4 Water St. downtown location. We are thinking to go to the reversing falls on the way back, before dropping the car off.

 

Where might a gas station be, near where we'd return the car to Avis?

I would think that the Petro Canada station is likely your best bet, but then again, I'm about 750 km away as the crow flies.

Ephraim is correct about the Petro Can being the most convenient. However the location on the google map is a little off. It is located right on the corner of Hilyard and Chesley Drive and not further up Hilyard as indicated. You can then continue up Chesley Drive to the lights at Main, turn right and head back to the Avis location on Water Street.

Thanks. That looks like it'll be easy to find, then easy to continue back to 4 Water St.

If you are coming back from Reversing Falls, you will be heading down Chesley Drive and will come to Hilyard Street intersection where you will find Hilyard Street Petro - put in Google maps 5 Hilyard Street Saint JOhn E2K 0B2 for a map. This is several blocks before Avis on Water St. Another one, somewhat closer is the Garden Street Irving Station
