What is the BEST Tour on Friday in LA?

I was wondering if someone could suggest a good tour we can take on a Friday afternoon. We are arriving in LAX at around 11, so we should be in hotel by 13 i suppose...are there any tours that start around 3? I looked at some deals online and so far only found a tour that starts at 10am. Do tour companies usually do pick up from the hotel too?
