Gym facilities on Silver Whisper

I was only on the Silver Whisper last year but have a mental block about the gym and what facilities are offered. I was so seasick on that cruise that I didn't have the energy or inclination to do any exercise. In fact I managed to lose 3kg without even stepping foot in the gym! I am a very regular gym person and (hopefully) expecting smooth sailing on our forthcoming Med cruise. I have all of my drugs ready just in case.

Can anyone remind me?

Hi

The gym is quite small but I found it sufficient. There's about 4 treadmills and some bikes and weight equipment. You can get to it through the spa entrance or through an entrance in the observation lounge. There is also a small room that has some weights in it and where you can do your stretching.
