j!m Posted July 3, 2009 #1 Share Posted July 3, 2009 thanks to Az for great customer service left the journey june 30 and noticed today the billing to my c/c was not in line with the onboard account delivered at 2am on june 29 to our room so called Az customer service and hada nice chat with a lady there, sorted matter out in 5 minutes and credit to be issued thanks again Az Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
