I was to the airport rental car office at 10:00 after my Legend cruise. This included a 40+ minute wait for the shuttle. Based on that one time experience I would say you should be fine to make the flight.

Barring anything highly unusual on debarkation day, you'll make it easily. I live about an hour drive from the port & have cruised out of Tampa 7 or 8 times. Every time I've gotten home, dropped off my wife, and been to work by 10.
