New hotel just opened in June: Courtyard Marriott Waikiki

Has anyone stayed there yet? We are using Marriott Rewards points to stay there in November and wondered what the opinion was of this new hotel. What's nearby, food etc. Thanks.

I don't think its new I think it used to be the Wyland Waikiki.

As others have said, it is a good location. You are just about 4 quick blocks from the beach. The hotel is only a block or two from the new Beachwalk area...where there are tons of shops and restaurants. Lots to see and do on the way to the beach! Let us know how you liked the hotel when you return.
