Chris931 Posted July 13, 2009 #1 Share Posted July 13, 2009 Has anyone done any of the Santo Tomas excursions offered directly from NCL? We are considering either the "Nature and Culture Cruise", "San Felipe Castle" or the "Trolley Town Tour."
kparker Posted October 11, 2009 #2 Share Posted October 11, 2009 Chris, I just happened to stumble upon your question about tours in Santo Thomas. I'm starting to do some research now. Anyway, I hope all is okay. You haven't been posting to the our boards in quite some time. We miss you! Are you just super busy? Ann and I were talking last week and we both wondered what happened to you. Anyway, we hope all is well. If you get this note, send me an e-mail KarLeigh7@hotmail.com. RTanner Posted October 19, 2009 #3 Share Posted October 19, 2009 Hope this isn't too late; I just joined yesterday. We were in Santa Tomas in 2006 on NCL Sun. We were to take the Banana Plantation tour but missed it because the ship's PA wasn't audible in our stateroom. We missed the call. We ended up taking a tour we found on the pier. It was to the rain forest and it was great. We talked to others who went on the tour we missed and they wished they had taken the tour we took. The ship pulled into the container pier area but there was a tourist center there which was pretty well set up with ships, tours and places to eat. I hope you enjoy(ed?) your cruise.
