Casino in Victoria, BC

We're doing Celebrity Infiniti's cruise to Alaska on August 7th. It stops in Victoria, BC the last day and I know there is a casino there. Has anyone ever been to it. Does anyone on this cruise plan to go? We'd like to if there is time. Can we change or Canadian winnings:) into American money on the ship (haha)

The closest casino is called the Great Canadian Casino View Royal (http://www.greatcanadiancasinos.com/viewroyal/default.aspx). It's a nice casino but it's on the west side of Victoria and not near where your ship will dock. I'm not sure it would be worth the effort to get there. Hope this helps.
