couchking Posted July 19, 2009 #1 Share Posted July 19, 2009 We are interested in a ships tour. The information says that if everyone in your party wants to be in the same group you have to make all the reservations together. We don't want all of the charges to be charged to the same stateroom. How do we do this? Thanks Couchking
Shogun Posted July 19, 2009 #2 Share Posted July 19, 2009 Hi there, I would just book it per cabin etc , then when time of tour go to meeting point as a group and just tell the person you are a party of X. If your party is large then go early and advise organiser of this have seen groups of up to 16 before with no problems. yours Shogun
paul929207 Posted July 19, 2009 #3 Share Posted July 19, 2009 You don't have to all book together, but you must all book the same tour with the same departure time. The tickets can be charged to more than one room. However, some tours book up and it is possible that some in your group could book a tour and then other be told the tour is full. On the day of the tour, you will be directed to one of the public rooms. Some tours will have more than one bus. For these, you are assigned to a bus when you arrive at the lounge. Your entire group must arrive together to be assured of being on the same bus.

Toto2Kansas Posted July 19, 2009 #5 Share Posted July 19, 2009 I agree, if you all show up at the tours meeting point at the same time, you will all be together, no matter how the tickets for the tour were booked. Enjoy!
