What time can we fly out of Orlando?

We are sailing out of Port Canaveral and will fly into and out of Orlando. Having never used this port/airport before could some one please give us an idea of the earliest time we could safely book a flight home?

It will take you about an hour to get to and from the airport. That is the time you get into your car in either parking lot and drive to the other lot.

 

I drive faster than most but plan on that with the usual leeway. Are you driving a rental? More details please.
