yes it is about a 5 miunte walk. You can see it to the right. As you as yuou get out of the pier area stay on the street at the main road go rigth and your there.

I was in montego bay in October and may and it's a 15-20 min taxi ride...not sure if this helps but the montego bay cruise terminal is not close to margaritaville

If you are getting off at Ocho Rios, it's at the very back of the Island Village compound, about 1/4 mile East/right/toward town from the James Bond sugar pier. My DW, who is disabled, was able to walk there.
