BlueJacketsFan1 Posted July 27, 2009 #26 Share Posted July 27, 2009 How long did it take you to figure out the it was about the money they would save. Companies all over are trying to cut costs anywhere they can.
jayesouthworth Posted July 27, 2009 #27 Share Posted July 27, 2009 From a business standpoint, it is a smart idea to have the customer printout their papers. Airlines do it, and it's convenient. If people don't have a computer at home, they can go to the library and print it out or to KINKOS. There's always a place to go to print out stuff. With cutting costs, they in turn are keeping the cruising prices down. Only draw back I can see, is that you don't get to do the happy dance when you receive your docs in the mail.
