? car rental

we are staying at Rio Mar in Rio Grande, we want some R&R before the cruise but would like to know if we should rent a car for the drive from the airport and back to the airport and get a cab to the pier (Carnival) from there or just get a cab to the pier from Rio Mar, I believe it would be around $70.00 for the cab, we can get transporation from the airport to Rio Mar through the Resort for a charge , we have been to San Juan before and loved it so traveling around we do not need to do,

I do believe I have answered my own question, \to get the shuttle for Rio Mar from airport and return would be $150.00 for 2 people, and to rent a car from Charlies for 4 days would be $160.78 now I have to find out if I pay for parking at the Resort,

I have heard that Charlies car rental is very good to rent from
