How early can we board Mariner in Vancouver?

I know I have read some posts about this, but I can't find them now and I don't remember what I read. (Just another senior moment).

Whenever they get reorganized after throwing off the previous group. Usually around Noon or so. I think we boarded about 12:30 last month when the Regent shore agents in the hospitality room at the Pan Pacific were given the all clear.
