She had gotten a call from Carnival wanting to "upgrade" my room on the Destiny from a 1A to a 4 something. At first it seems the conversation was we have upgraded your client and she was not accepting that. I have 2 large picture windows in my current room and she was well aware that short of a balcony no room would be an upgrade also this is a B2B so both legs would need to be in the same room for me to be happy. She did tell them she would pass on the offer but to leave me in the original room until she confirmed I wished to move. I am so glad she is aware of my preferences and ready to speak up for me.
