jeans in europe

We will be on the Voyager in October..can we wear jeans in Port? How about around the ship (not in the dining rooms)? We don't want to offend, and we do dress very neatly...opinions? advice?

Yes,if the weather allows,a lot of europeans wear jeans,you can buy some really expensive ones if you wish,some very well known designer house,also a lot of different colored jeans will be worn :):):)

Plenty of jeans worn in Europe.

 

The bigger controversy is those who wear shorts when touring in Europe, which many Europeans believe belong only at the beach or in the garden. And you probably do not have to worry about this issue in October!:)

The biggest problem with jeans is that they weigh so much and you will eat up more of your luggage limit....oh wait, I just realized you are from SC....you'll wear the same pair the whole trip!:D

if you are visting resturants at nite they will be frowned upon but allowed,if visting casino in montecarlo they will be a no no :):)

We were there the very end of Nov. our first trip. Many Europeans wear jeans BUT THEY WEAR NICE ONES !!!! With a nice crisp shirt, usually a leather jacket and a scarf/muffler. Love it ! They have a wonderful sense of style and love to dress !
